Use a breaker bar to loosen the nuts and bolts on the front body mount as i used the air rattle gun and it has too much torque then it snapped the bolt.... and loosen the steering shaft and slide it out and make sure the steering is locked and handbrake is applied for your own safety....
make sure move the radiator assembly away from the r=top radiator support and just let it rest on the fan blade..... then start jacking up the Xplorer slowly and time to time check around it...
About the steering extension, it did not fit 100% but small modification needed to fit in perfect..... shave off the small lip on the steering shaft showing on the picture so the extension will slide in far enough to get the bolt through....
theres a couple of bolt need to be shorten and re-tapped, on the kit the small bolts came with x4 but you need x6 and the longer x2 bolts are for the far rear and the other medium x8 is for the very front body mount but you only need x2....
I found few things but nothing major that the A/C hose/pipes are very close on Aircon Compressor... just secure that and make sure its not touching on the A/C pulley....
The never ending spend eh LOL I know how that is haha, let us know how you go with the winch bracket/frame ok :australia
Mines got snatch/tow eyelets from chassis through bull-bar so I don't have to use that horrible recovery point underneath so winch might not be the go for me.
