I have pics, I have them on my computer, but I'm just a retard I guess......because I can't get them to re-size PROPERLY still. I can get them to 640x480 & less, but the quality sucks that low!

I downloaded a free program (Irfan view?) to re-size them, but I still don't think I'm doing it right.
