I an't make the run on the 19th to truckhaven. Anyone up for a day run on the 12th. I am pretty sure I can make it work for me. I was going to meet up with some people on Pirates but if others from here want to go out I will meet up with you instead.

Might be doable for me, I'll let you know in the next day or so. How far is your house from there Matt?

I have set aside this weekend to work on the explorer and the trailer, way to much to do for the 19th-20th:(

Dave if you want you can crash at my place Friday and or Saturday nihght if it makes it any easier on you.

I may take you up on that Matt, I'll give you a call this week and let you know:thumbsup:

Pics?

Much Hrader then I remembered it. We ran up hill on Bronco peak then ran Sidewinder like we did when you broke a few years ago. We had Dave and I, one toyota, and about 5 jeeps in our group. Rock sliders were put to use a bunch. We each picked up a few small dings but not much carnage. Pictures later when I get a better internet connection.

I didn't take many pics but here's a few:

Dave....Spill....What did you brake?

That trail looks so yummy!

Dave....Spill....What did you brake?

He put a nice dent in one of his sliders. Both of us knicked the body on a few rocks but nothing major. I also cracked some more of whats left of my tail lights. I really need a tube bed. Or maybe dovetail this one????

Tube!

Now that you actually put your shocks on and locked the rear, we can have a tube bed bending house warming party!

I'm sure that thing is absolutely unstoppable now with the rear locked...

Yeah someone needs to bend something...so I can finish my rear bumper:(

With the rear locked it pushes very hard through the turns and doesn't turn nearly as sharp as before. The shocks made it much nicer to ride in as well. Also the little electric compressor that Costco sells for $50 works great. It was nice driving to the trail instead of towing. However having the CHP giving me the eye was a little scary.

If I tube the bed out the gas tank is getting moved and the frame is getting cut as well.
