Oh there is, I was whacking something underneath trying to find an led I dropped and SOO much dropped on me still, I THOUGHT I CLEANED IT WAY BACK...never get all the mud off lmao

Sounds right lmao

Alright! New battery in to test lil' things here and there as I go on the side, and got some good news! Pulled the fuel pump relay, wasn't throwing that 2 y/o fuel in the engine, tried cranking her over and she turned right over, ready to be brought back! Bet if I put some fresh fuel in, she'd crank right up honestly! Going to start taking things apart again to pull the engine out, also going to start redoing my wiring properly: had them hooked to an aux fuse panel (the only smart part of my wiring back then), but I'm going to finally run them right, find a spot in the firewall and throw in a new grommet to run them through, cause the door jam don't work, neither does my current switch spot, both trucks leak onto the floorboard thanks to this kind of temporary setup lmao
Everything will be done properly, got a new 22" light bar to go on up front with the steel bumper, also gotta get some new aux reverse lights since they're on the rado, but slowly those will get done. Got another light project currently on the mind, stay tuned..!

Anyone got a single clue where the heck this goes? Bought one a few years back after I had an issue with the 4wd, just in case, never found it and never replaced it. Picture really doesn't help me, claims it fits though

I'll add pictures later tonight, I did some painting yesterday and painted up that winch bumper a bit to save the rusty spots. But, I also got some goodies on the way: new wiring harness for my lund visor (guy that installed it junked it some and the lights flicker, SO I'm fixing it), working on ordering an SCT tuner hopefully next week, hopefully pulling the engine next week too, possibly ordering an aluminum T-stat housing, along with another certain goody that should be quite exciting... :

Forgot to throw this in, definitely looks a bit better than before! Just needs to go on, get some lights and earn a winch

I'd guess too, but not a single clue. Bought it way back after my 4wd acted funky and thought that may be the problem. Never acted up again so never got around to it. Definitely would appreciate ya looking for sure

It's been awhile, but I think this is it. The TRASH picture are the two old units. I think I ordered the second solenoid because it was a different part number, and without the mounting bracket, which the first one came with.

I hope this helps.

yeah, that looks like it, is that really at like the very front left corner?? I'd have never looked there..well, I certainly appreciate it, don't know it'll do anything or help whatever happened before, don't even fully remember what now, but doesn't hurt to swap I guess.

Bumper on! Mostly. Didn't have all four bolts to mount it, had three but for some reason and for some reason the outer two bolts won't reach? I got the two inner ones, sorry don't have pictures of that offhand, but the bumper hits the frame bracket and can't go further back, the inside ones sit further forward and bolted fine, the outer ones sit back and can't reach. The bumper also seems to partially still hit at the top where it meets the body under the grille/headlights, which is annoying but it looks fine so whatever, gotta figure out those other bolts though..anyway, also found my spare light bar is too long, so I gotta swap with the rado to be able to mount one on it, which is funny since the one on the rado is the og lightbar from the X! Also finally ordering the last of the tools I should need that I'm aware, missed a few, crucial, tools, like a few line disconnect, harmonic balancer remover, locking pliers slide hammer, etc..
Hopefully Monday I'll have the help and can start pulling it, least get a canopy up, hood off, fluids drained, etc..

Bumper cars!

Bumper cars!
I hope not, least this one's better equipped for it! Lmao
Also, this is what I meant about the mounting brackets, not sure what to do about this outer bolt space..? Maybe fill it with square tubing?

Take it apart bend it back reassemble
Or some washers

Wonder if you could weld a different bracket on? I thin you could get closer by bending the bracket forward and using some washers. The onyl thing I think about is the torsional (or whatever the force of gravity is pushing the bumper down) torquing the bolts, especially if you are using the winch to winch someone out of a ditch below you (or I suppose if you are winching yourself up?). Not sure, I'm no engineer. Let me know if anything I'm saying doesnt make sense, since I am having a hard time explaining, but I can see the ideer in my head

Bumper bracket ain't bendable, too much on the backside keeping it from bending forward or back. Frame horn I could maybe bend slightly. Welding I can't do, rather not have to hire someone to do either. Think the best idea, best your idea to weld it they I can't really do yet, is just measure the gap, fill it with a chunk of thick square tubing and longer bolts

You can massage the stock frame horn some. I had to straighten mine out a bit on my 99, it was pushed back about that much. I beat on it until it matched the other side well, and the new bumper I used fit perfectly. So it is malleable, just get used to how hard you can hit it as you go.
