If the lock mechanism is anything like the first gens, it is probably the mechanism that comes off teh back of the lockl cylinder. that's what happened to mine, it came off and jammed in the rods that connect the handle/lock/lock knob Scott

Home depot has a bin of small rubber washers, if you put two of those on each bolt against the glass on each side, and double nut the bolt/ loc-tite at such a point so that they are not to tight, that should work. Just check clearances on the ends of teh bolts against door lock rods/ etc. Scott
