I did a brake job on my Navajo....with some help. The brake job done previously was done in a completely incorrect way. The person before used some springs to bypass the adjuster (not sure what they were thinking). After hooking everything up Correctly with new springs, adjuster hardware and of course new brake shoes I have run into an issue. The brake drums were difficult to get over the new shoes. I figured that new shoes and new brake drums might be a little tight at first and would set nicely after I kicked it out of gear and spun them around a little. I was wrong. The back wheels wont spin. I am pretty sure that it is the parking brake cable, which could be why some of those springs were pretty hard to get in the correct place. I was wondering if there is a way to release those rear cables easily. I was thinking about cutting them and hoping that it would relieve the pressure. Sorry for such a long post. Any ideas would be appreciated.
