2012 ford explorer windshield spray inop

Both front and rear windshield spray stopped working. There is fluid in the car, does anyone know what fuse may be bad or where the pump is or any other possible cause? Appreciate any advice. Thanks

The fuse info you are looking for is in your Owner's Guide. Check page 328. The front washers are controlled by fuse #4 and the relay for the rear washers is fuse #4 4, both located in the engine compartment fuse box. I'm not sure where the relay for the washers are but here is a picture that may, or may not help.
