I too am not the big streeter fan, let alone rims that are usually 18+ in. But, I'm a fan of the 5 spoke rims (SVT rims is a fav) and I really do like that look!
Pete
haha i got mine today too.. i could only get 2 good shots 2nite (poor lighting).
Ill make a post on saturday w. better daytime pics and stuff...
and i dont wanna Hijack yer thread Black Magic (cuz i know mine look better J/K)
I just cant contain my excitement lol so ill post a few quick ones - Monder B52's on GY 275/45r20
And BlackMagic- your wheels look awesome. hehe ill bet yer as stoked as i am about the new additions hehe
hey blackmag... they look HOT... i think i might get a set of those in 17's or 18s... do u think the 17s will rub like the cobra R's? or will the backspacing be enough with the 17s.. or would 18s be better? u also have the msrp for 500 a wheel on ur website.. how much did u pay for them? i found it for 400 a piece at customwheelsmarket.com. looks awesome.. keep the mods coming
I am very very happy with how they turned out. I was kinda worried about the 20x9 fitting. But they are rub free! There is about 1 inch from the inside of the rear tire to the inner wheel well. Once again, I am so very pleased with how well everything came together... The wheels really fit the look I was looking for - Sporty! Not Bling-Blingie! Not that is a bad look, just not for my Cracker A$$
The SVT center caps are on the way. I ordered a custom size from www.f150world.com.
Side note I have just about run out of things to do. I am getting the hookup on the Diablo Chip next week. And I am going to order an exhaust then as well. However, After that I can't think of anything else to do. I am a little !
looks REAL good!!! i like it a lot....haha, well if you think you are running out of stuff, i have an idea for you. Paint the grey plastic trim black to match the rest of the car, thatd look tight. your X looks real good though, keep it up.
Well, you could get a Brembo brake kit to help fill in the gap going from a 16" to 20" rim, plus it will help with braking. Maybe a Mustang Cobra brake rotor and caliper set. Other than showing off the wimpy brakes, the wheels look good.
