Regardless of make, model, or year, fan clutch rotation is VERY easy to ascertain: Whichever way the fan turns while it's running is the direction you need to turn the fan clutch to remove it. Think about it: if the fan needed to turn the other way, it would always be trying to unscrew itself while the engine was running.
I suspect there may be a few exceptions out there, but I've never seen a Ford that was any other way.
