I have not had a chance to pull the code yet but my wife says her OD light flashes @ 80 mph +.Fluid flush,filter and solenoid block work done last month.Maybe I missed something?

Without the code, there is no way to know what it setting the light off. Auto Zone and Advance will read the code for free.

Hooked up scanner tool and it found no code stored. I cleared code P0775 last month. Does the scanner tool reset the monitor ? If not how do I reset the monitor ?

Scanners have a reset button. Not all scanners are capable of reading every code. Some codes are manufacturer specific.
