96-97 5.0 Throttle Bodies What are the differences?

So Ford shows three different throttle bodies for the 96-97 5.0 Explorer.
5.0L; Before 2/5/96
5.0L; From 2/5/96
5.0L; From 10/24/96

I go on Car-part.com and they show three options:
F67E-AA
F67U-BA & BB
F6TE-PA

Now I understand that the TPS changed in 98 when they eliminated the pigtail for an integrated variant but I do not think that is the issue here. Can anyone explain these differences?

Found the following so far....

F67U-BA & BB is 5.0L; From 2/5/96 to 10/23/96
BA is half-shafted

BB is not half-shafted

I assume F67E-AA is 5.0L; Before 2/5/96 and F6TE-PA is 5.0L; From 10/24/96 but I have not come across and information to confirm.
