This is 1 of 10 Billet Aluminum, CNC machined Hi-Lift jacks made by Baja Off Road Products. While the main Hi-Lift body remains (cast iron), every other part has been re-designed using a combination of 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum.
The handle is a 6061 Aluminum tube, powder-coated Red. An included secondary handle is a custom fabricated Carbon Fiber handle. Both handles reflect a re-design converting the original male handle/female receiver to a female handle/male receiver.
The male receiver is a CNC Machined 7075 Billet Aluminum design. The re-design elimates all rattling associated with the original design, while generating an updated/modern appearance.
Hi-Lift's upright cast iron "standard bar" was replaced with a CNC Machined 7075 Billet Aluminum design, Hard Anodized in Black. The aluminum upright eliminates the chronic rusting issues while saving several pounds of weight.
The stamped steel or cast iron Hi-Lift base plate was replaced with our Patent Pending Articulating CNC Machined Billet Aluminum Baja Base. The Baja Base allows for safe Hi-Lift use on sloping terrain.
All together, the Billet Aluminum upgrades shave 10lbs of weight off of the Hi-Lift!
