a guy really F'd up his engine

After doing something THAT stupid, would you post it on the internet for the whole world to see how much of a jackass you are????
I'm not sure he realized his error until after he had already started the thread.

LOL and then say "i did it so other can learn from my mistake"

Thats the funny thing, he didnt realize he even did it till someone told him in the thread.

Thats what makes it so freaking funny. The guy is so lame that he didn't even realize he screwd up as badly as he did. I am still wondering when you do major work on your car or truck and your doing something you have NEVER done before wouldn't you read the directions. When it comes to things like my cars i read directions as many times as it takes. Like my woodshop teacher used to say "Cut once Measure Twice." That saying applys here in that once you make the mistake its going to cost you.

A leaking head gasket $8 , A bottle of head gasket repair $4, Knowing where to put it ....PRICELESS!.

It may get even better sense he's rebuilding it himself. Who knows maybe he'll find a way to install a piston backwards?

Dumbass.

Well he did it with style, that being at a track with so many other people around! I am sure that he still gets laughed at!

Wow I have seen/heard of some dumb things but Wow!

I had a buddy that knew nothing about cars. He called me one night and said his grand am was running like crap after he filled up on gas. He described the symptoms to me and I asked him if he still had his reciept. He did and I told him to read it to me and tell me what kind of gas he put in.....yup he put Diesel in.

I also had a friend who owned an older Ford Ranger. It was his first vehicle and the paint was a little faded but nothing a good wax wouldnt fix. He knew how much I liked keeping my Camaro clean so he asked me what to do. I told him to wash it real good then just use a good wax. I stopped by his house later that day after he washed it and I almost craped my pants when I saw the truck. He had used steel wool all over the thing. Some people.

ROFL! WOW Im 17 years old and I have a little more common sense than that, poor guy i would probably change my name on the forum and act like it never happened

This is why we all own fords. we are the smart ones.

I'm pretty sure there's at least one story on the 'net dealing with a Ford vehicle. Heck there are threads on this forum that are almost just as embarrasing.

Sorry guys, IF I ever screw up my truck in a manner as assinine as this, you will NEVER hear about it.
