TireRackAffiliate,

Never mind about the two Mustangs I asked about a few posts back on Feb 19. I purchased some Kumho Ecsta ASX tires locally on recommendations from some members of the local Mustang club. Very good tire. Thanks, anyway.

I dont think they sell Interco tire. Do we still have Affiliate? All I can say is Tire Rack Service has been great! They are more than happy to spend time on the phone before purchase!

Just have a quick question about fitment.

I have a 2005 Explorer 4.0 AWD that i want to get a 3 inch lift in the front, 2.5 in the rear (spacers). I want to run some 16x10 with a -25mm offset. To my understanding this wheel will stick out about 2.5in more than the stock wheels. I would like to run 305/70 16's

You think this would all check out?

I'm not sure this vendor is still with us. It's been nearly a month since he's checked in:dunno:

Hahah welllll does anyone else think this might work? =P

My guess is it wont fit without some serious trimming. The rims are pretty wide, the 305/70/16 is close to a 33x12.50. I dont think you will have enough lift for the size of the tires/wheels.

Hmm...anyone know what the BIGGEST size tires are you can fit on a 3rd gen w/o too much trimming of the plastic with 3in lift in the front 2.5 in the rear (i think thats max with spacers) I really want to get spacers and some new wheels but i wanna know how big i can go before i buy anything

What is the cheapest set of 22" tires that would be just bigger than the factory 255/70/16s i have? Nothing special, just something that would work.

Thanks,
Aaron

I'm closing this thread. If Mike shows back up and asks for it to be reopened I'll do that. For now there is no sense leaving it open to questions.
