just got back from a hiway run of about 5-8 miles, CEL came on, same as before engine teardown. ran KOEO, 1st test 111, CM read 185, 186, 187. so i'm thinking this is the way it was before my road trip. what do you think?
yup, cleaned it when i pulled everything out, didn't clean the connector thou. will check it again. do the test over, don't have to disconnect the battery, right.
didn't do a good job the 1st time, now no lite. is there anything else to be done as far as clearing the computer. for some reason i'm not doing the KOER right. my reader gives the # of cyl. 1st. is the next step to do the brake test or the WOT? i think the WOT is done automatically. just cleaning stuff up now. thanks everyone for everything.
put 1/3 can of seafoam in engine oil when i refilled, can that be left in there until the next oil change? my intention was to sorta flush the system & refill after a few miles, ( went with some cheap oil & filter ) but the oil looks decent.
