Like some people said, there is no real reason to have it off on a DD, even if it is your offroad rig, when on the road it serves its purpose, and should be left on. I don't understand why anyone would want to compromise their safety, risk rolling their vehicle, and put surrounding drivers at risk by making the car more unstable. If having it off offroad allows more articulation, doesn't that prove that the vehicle would be more unstable in a high-speed turn on the road? (I think the original question has been answered already, i'm just venting my thoughts.)
