now, i assume the procedure for rear doors remains the same. and to realign the doors, what needs to be done with that, tighten all the bolts up and its good or mess with it until its right?
removal is the easy part..... putting them back on is a little bit trickier. maybe i'll try and develop a quick disco/reattachment system this summer. i tried last summer but it looked nearly impossible to mod the stock hinges. i made new pins on a lathe but the design of the door prevents pin removal. i work in a machine shop and have/have access to ALOT more tools/machines this summer so maybe i'll come up with something good.
taking them off is literally 10 minutes...if that. Putting them back on takes me a good half hour to get them realigned at least...its a bit of a pita...but in the end it is so worth it.
