Northwest fab or tmr both in Canada. One of them make a 5 bolt ranger to 6 bolt tcase conversion adapter. You could then run a passenger drop tcase and use that front 60.

Thanks for the info, I am not sure yet what route I will go with the explorer. I may have a line on a 87-91 Ford 60 I can use.

Nice find...either way, you got something that can be turned into cash for what you need.

what year 250 shock towers did you use?The next photos are just progression of the axle being put back in and the install of the F-250 shock towers with Bilstein14 inch 5125 series shocks. We also installed new spindles with the wild horses extreme bushings and a new Warn premium locking hub set. Everything was replaced from seals to u joints and Heim joints.

Does anyone have extra of these bolts. They are the bolts that hold the fuel rail down to the lower intake manifold. Let me know if you have any and how much please. Thank you.

Installed some new to me rubber strips sound the heads lights and trimmed the grill a little to fit over the trans cooler better. I also decided to spruce up the engine a bit. I installed new injectors and have new plugs wires etc to install to help with the weird idle.

This is how she sits as of today, getting ready to re-wire the doors for new speakers. The factory wires are toast I believe. FYI this rig will be for sale in Arizona hopefully this year. Cheers.

Hey all, we are moving back to California and I will be sending the Exploder to the shop to get the suspension worked on. I decided to go the 60/14b route for axles. With that being said my current setup will be for sale. I wanted to see if there would be any interest in my 44/8.8 axles and extended radius arms. I would be selling my JD coil buckets along with my 5.5 inch EB springs. I am hoping to have this thing in the shop this year but we will see.
Front Dana 44 - 78/79 cut down to EB length, 4.88 gears and lunch box locker, Ridler cover with all steering included.
Rear Ford 8.8 - stock with 4.88 gears, Detroit trutrac, and ridler cover.

Updates, the truck sat for a while when she was in California. We moved back to Arizona and I decided to work on her again. I ditched the 60/14 bolt idea because I will most likely build a V8 Ex. I sold off the tons and focused on making the truck drivable.
The steering was upgraded to a 7/8 heim Ruffstuff kit. I used the 7/8 to 3/4 misalignments. The 3/4 heims wore out fairly quick so I will try the 7/8 kit.
The rear spring pitches were switched out for the Ruffstuff ones to help correct my opinion angle.
A Harbor Freight light bar was installed to the front bumper. They are actually pretty bright.
Bump stops and limiting straps were also installed up front. The bumps need to be lowered a bit but it’s better than my shock being used as stops.
The truck eats coolant and my engine light comes on from time to time due to an EGR issue but she is a blast to drive. I will post more pictures when I get them, but here is one I recently took out at some old mine tailings. Be safe all.
