So for updates on our ex, My brother and I drove to Albuquerque in January to meet up with JTX on the board to get a 700r4 for the EX. Joey is a stellar indavidual and we had a blast pulling the motor and trans.

JTX cutting things out the way for the motor and trans to get pulled. Cutting is a bit faster because the ex is getting scrapped.

I want to get this transmission installed after the Truckhaven trip in October. I will have a built PATC A4LD for sale if any needs one lol.

So for some updates, I have been working on frame prep. The truck is from New Jersey so the frame had a bit of surface rust to be removed.

Got some work done on the interior today. My friend stopped by the other day and just started working on my ex lol.

We striped the paint with an 80 grit flap disc. Below is a pic of the bed liner we used. This stuff dries hard and seems very tough. I traded a 78-79 d44 housing for him to do this for me.

Some updates on the EX, work is slow enough at the moment to work on the truck. I took all the suspension parts and hade them all poweder coated due to the rust. I got the Brian1 transmission mount installed and I am putting together the cage head units.
