Electric Fan Install Using 2 Speed Mustang Fan

I have this same set up in my '02 F150. It's modeled after the Mad Enterprise Electric Fan Kit using a 2 speed fan from a 1999 Mustang GT (any year model compatible to the '99 works).

I'm using the Volvo electric fan relays along with the BMW dual temperature sensor mounted in the upper radiator hose.

I hope I don't get flamed too much for using Volvo and BMW parts in my Ford, but I've read about a lot of people using these parts for a reliable electric fan set up. I had the Mad Enterprise Electric Fan controller in my F150, but I had problems with it blowing the relays. So I'm going to give this a try and see how it works out. I'll post the finished product when I get it all installed within the next few days.

Here's the fan bolted into the shroud. I'll use foam weatherstripping to fill the gaps to give it a good seal.
