Exhaust & HID's: Would like some straight forward answers.

I'm interested in getting an exhaust system as well as a set of HID's for my 2013 XLT.

I've seen several threads on here with Magnaflow Cat-Back systems installed. Are there any real life benefits from the system or is it just for sound? Pro's/Con's? Any other kits that compare or is this the go to system for our X's?

As for HID's; I've seen several threads with the cheaper kits and mixed reviews for the performance of them. What are other options? Are there any kits that perform as well as most other stock luxury cars' HID's?

Any and all pics/vids/advice/suggestions are appreciated.

Hi John, I have both.... the magnaflow catback and the generic HIDs (from vleds) installed.
HIDs are good improvement compared to halogens, even with the non hid projectors.
Catback feels good, and sounds great, at least my "butt dyno" noticed some improvement on performance and MPGs.... but im still looking forward to reprograming the ecu.
