HELP!

I am trying to do the T-5 conversion to my 96' sport. I have been working on this for almost 10 months now and i would really like to finish soon. Everything is back together but it this is not working, the clutch is not fulling releasing. Has anyone done this conversion to a post 95 explorer. The model change effects this job a good deal. We have completly hit a wall here. Any help would be great.

What do you mean by not releasing? Will the gears engage and you are just having a problem going in and out? Or will not engage at all? Will it engage with the vehicle off?
