HERCULINER!!!!

How long does it take to fully dry? I just gutted my interior and pulled out my carpeting and insulation. I'm not sure if I should Herc it now or wait until I get back from Moab.

This thread is going to open up a bad can of worms I can just tell.

Most spray on-bedliners are pretty quick to dry, I'd assume Herc would be an overnighter.

I just got done herculing the steps I made this past weekend and I put a coat on last night then another lighter coat this morning and it is finally dry to the touch. I did the second coat this morning at about 9:00 and it is 4:00 now so........

It dries overnight. Make sure you do the prep work with Xylene or Xylol and not Acetone. You need to soften up the existing paint so the Herculiner sticks, and Acetone doesn't do that. If you use acetone, there is a good chance it will peel off at some point.

I have a bunch of laquer thinner will that work as a prep?

The hootus is safe! The floor is Herculined, but so is about 5% of my skin! Damn stuff gets everywhere. I should have worn a long sleeve shirt.

I have about the same amount on my skin also. I also managed to get some on my left ear. Looks REAL GOOD if you ask me .
