I think you're looking at bigger springs for a 1-2" lift.
Don't think you can do much more than that.

There is a user here... BigApple... I believe that has done the coil lift thing. He will probably answer here.

There have been pictures of X's with body lifts... but so much of the frame already shows that I think a body lift doest look that good.

Try 3" inches front and rear w/larger tires - no body lift is needed. There are currently two options - see the Moderator's post above.

that is exactly what i want.......

Then you are in the right place... Read on! By the way, don't forget, if you are only doing a 2" in lift for the rear, my RanchoQL struts are for sale :) The rig you see above is 3" front and rear... it is a work of art!

Curtis, you gonna do anything with the 04?

Yeah, I'd recommend coilsprings anytime , I'm still lovin mine.

It a depends on the $$$.
Right now, most of which goes for Daycare and some re-chromed dash components on the 72 GS. (plastic re-chroming is not cheap) After that Id like new dual exhaust on the Buick.

Here in FL, I never have the need for 4x4 so lifting is not near the top of the list. Dont get me wrong.. Id do it tomorrow with the extra funds but the X right now is just a baby mover.

I plan a few things though.
I was looking at chrome handles and rockers
Black headlights and corners
06 tail lights
06 mirrors
and on craigs list here there is a set of limited wheels im trying to make up my mind on....
I did just recently get 2 fusion keys.

Priorities, I hear ya... mine has take over a year and some wasted $$$$. Roadbully has the model vehicle, the better than ideal look. He did it right!

yea i def recommend coilsprings... i discovered them by researching lifted springs for a 3rd gen and came up dry... i called a few companies and then i believe it was daystar or toughcountry that recommended i check out coilsprings... i called them up and got my stuff ordered and have had my set for about 2 1/2 years... they havent begun to sag one bit and still ride great... if u want pics just let me know... i got 2 inches in the front... i recommend getting a look like roadbullys... his is rediculously awesome looking
