Joe93's 91 build up( d44 & 9inch swap, roll cage and more)

Nope he got rid of them. Man I wish I had some updates to give you guys. I'm working on this thing in a driveway and the weather has been kinda crapy lately. Didn't like the way the ranger cab thing was gonna turn out so I'm trying to come up with something else. The only other thing that has happened with the explorer is I got my free aussie locker for the dana 44.

So i'm goin with the ranger cab again. Here are a few pics to get an idea of what i'm doin. Its just mounted in temp. right now. its goin to be alot of work but we can make it work. Need some feed back on this good or bad. let me hear it.

Oh yeah, i'd go for that. I did see a cherokee on a jeep site that was like that, he chopped it and put a glass up and had a little bed with a fold down tailgate, it really looked clean and unique.

I think the part that is making me second guess doing this is the yellow color with the red. it really throughs it off i think.

I think that looks really good. I can't wait to see more progress!

Sure it's a long way and it looks good. When I did my back where it met the floor I welded where I could and then used that gorilla hair fiberglass stuff all along the bottom sanded it somewhat and it waterproofed it.

I'll have to keep that in mind. Wish my welding skills were up to par so i can get it done.

Awesome man! With this weather you should be out there making progress :) 60 today! WOW!!

Hey where did you get the yellow cab rear? Looks like a certain Ranger Brett had the bed from (made into a trailer) :) Was some rodent removal work truck before it got hacked up.
CO is a small town so I am just wondering if it was from the same yellow Ranger?

I like it so far! Is the B pillar for your cage gonna go behind the cab (in the bed?)
Dont forget about those tubes when you are bondo-ing/welding this sucker :)

The cab part i got here in CS at A1 PNP. It was a beat ranger that was blue and then painted yellow. I know the weather is sweet and i have the day off. So im trying to get my friend over to help me. The cage will be all inside the cab.
