Not rushing anything...just trying to collect parts.

What ive got now...
4" lift hd leafs for wagoneer
dana 30 (just using to mock up my hangers and crossmember)
Custom spring plates
Rancho rs9000
4 15x10 MT classic locks
I used 3/8 steel plate to reinforce steering box

Waiting on....
d44 from wagoneer
hi steer setup
new rear axle shafts
37/13.50r15

I am probably gonna get it put together and moving with the d30 within the next week or two. Then when i rebuild the d44 i will do a quick swap.

Wasnt really gonna rush with it but last night someone hit me in my 1500hd so im driving a rental. It would be nice to have something to get around in till i get mine back. They probably are only gonna pay for the rental for a few days.

Random pics of progress..... :D

Dont get under that truck with cinder blocks!! Get some taller jack stands.

safety first.

I have used them as well but never to support the entire truck AND work under it.
They do fail/will fail/ and that sucker can come crashing down.

Awesome purchase though!!!! That is a NICE truck for a NICE price.

Out of curiosity.. what is the spring perch width on your purposed wagoneer axle?

Yea thanks guys...I have been hooking up the engine hoist as a back up when getting under. Your right though, i will look into getting some tall jacks...maybe harbour frieght?

Section, I believe the width is 31.5 outside to outside...havent gotten it yet so im not 100% sure

My next project ;)

many years down the road probably...ive had it for 10 years!!!

where in Charleston do you live? My family is from down there, and Im down there all the time. (Do you know any Ravenels?)

Im from Summerville...yea there are a ton of ravenels around here. I know a couple.

nice. (Im a Ravenel as well if you hadnt caught on yet ;)) Who do you know? i might know who they are.

You have the concrete blocks in their weakest position. You can use them, just turn the right side up, and put a piece of 2x12 on them to put the jack stands on.
