I'm gonna go buy a stock one tomorrow so I can fit a longer one in a parts store. I hope they dont want too much for that bolt at the stealership...

the longer size is m12-1.75x100mm but you have to round the heads off a little b4 installation

No it actually doesnt because the suspension travel cycle stays within the limits of the cv's......it has been disscussed in some old threads...

wow even. do you want that link if so I'll post it if not, then forget about it.

Yeah I want it !

I went out there and Measured my stock bolts. They measure only about 65mm.

I'm thinking of ordering the 100mm ones and the 120's as back ups in case I go crazy.

thanks alot btw !

They have a hub right here in the atl so hopefully I will get them quick.

trust me on this one the 100's are WAY long enough dont go bigger.

Just a side note the Stock adjuster bolts are Grade 10.9 not 8 or 8.8, the difference in tensile strength is around 30,000 pounds, so just something to think about if doing this mod.

The 10.9 grade M12 is not available in a full thread at anything over 60mm to my knowledge, I brought the M12*110 Grade 10.9 Bolts, they are only threaded a ¼ of the way, so I am going to jump on a lath tomorrow at work and turn the shank down to the correct diameter and tap the full length of the bolt in M12-1.72 then shorten it to 90mm and round the end.

Will let you all know how it goes.

Cheers..
