I actually have just one job at the moment (a really good one, though). I do some stuff for friends/family that might be considered work.... except I don't get paid for it! Dagnabbit! lol

...we got rain last night about midnight but where i'm at, the ground is almost dry...oops, it looks like it's starting to rain again, woohoo...

..well, that rain was enough to get the pavement wet and it's already dry...but it looks like we shall have at least some mud on the trails...just hoping for no mudslides...

...55 fwy to chapman east...it turns into santiago cyn rd, follow it out past irvine lake and turn left at silverado canyon...as soon as you turn, turn left on black star cyn rd...we can meet on the side of the rd. there to group up as it gets narrow thru the canyon to the trail...

ok, i'm coming from nuevo, off the 215. how do i get over there? does anybody have an area address or gps coordinates?

...you can go 91, 241 tollroad to chapman, east on chapman/santiago cyn rd., to above directions...

Should we plan a "be there by, or peace out" time? So if someone doesn't show by 9:30 (example, but a good time to), we leave for the trail? That way we're not waiting for anyone who might not be coming.

...lol, i just did but if they are fibbing we draw and quarter them... everyone so far has my number and i will be on channel 12 on the cb...

...any ideas for lunch other than maybe going to hells kitchen, it's convenient???

...that will work, there are a couple campgrounds at the end of the trail or we could probably park and eat at the elsinore overlook if people are hungry before we finish...

I will be definitely be there, possibly with some friends in a second truck. I will bring my own lunch, and also still have some money for food at a restaurant at the end of the trail.
