New update: At this moment in time the clicky clicky is gone!!! Getting ready to do the major yard shift to get her out. Test voyage tommorow. If everything works, its muffler shop and then smog!

So what was the final verdict on the hub issue?

disassemble reassemble hammer hammer beat beat clean clean grease grease trade sides etc etc

Got over to folks house today, to test drive the new beast. What a differance from the JP Mobile! The turning radius is twice mine easy, and it's not that fastest thing on 33's, but still way quicker then mine on 37's:(

However the clicking fron the passenger front is still there. My dad swaped sides and rebilt one of the hubs from parts of another one he took apart. The clicking is still on the same side though. So I sugested take the hubs off and run around the block to see if the noise goes away. If it does, it's a hub issue, if not it's a bearing issue. My dad dosn't really want to put alot of money into the front end, sense I think a solid axle is in it's future at some point .;)

..Did you put another set of manual hubs on yet???

...Just throwing this out there....I had a clicking on the passenger side that drove me nuts...It turned out to be the front brake slide pins...:dunno:

I went over today and after being bribed with pizza....I installed the hubs and replaced the Serp belt.

No more clickity clickty:D

He even put the new Serp belt on the Ranger! WOW! A little Pizza goes a long way!

...You know, you can get 3 large pizza's for 5 bucks each...Think of all the work you can get done for $15...:D

Another issue I have noticed, is the Ex dosn't want to start in Park, only in Neutral:scratch: However it did work before the shifter was hooked up.:(

She is now roadworthy and going out to meet her public today. ie she is looking for a rock to crawl up!
