Took mine to the track today. I will see 12s with this thing soon. The RT is bad because I was trying to build boost. This pass was with about 15psi.

I guess that means you fixed the open/closed loop problem. Good numbers....almost where you want to be.

BTW, the 1.7 second 60ft. time is amazing, that's a fast truck.

No I didn't get that resolved yet. It's only doing it for a couple tenths of a second, so I'm not that worried. I made about 8 passes today so I'm going to pull the plugs and see what they look like.

That 13.11 was actually a hotlap. Made a pass and then right back for another pass a couple minutes later. After that, my methanol injection line blew off (push lock connector broke). Lost a bunch of timing for the rest of the day without the methanol. I had to reflash a richer tune at the track just to run it.

I also had problems launching under boost. It was rolling right through the brakes when the boost came on. I will try adding a vacuum tank to fix that problem.
 






Mounty - Try this....just a suggestion....


WHen you get to the final stage, put the truck in neutral and rev to round 3 grand while holding the brake firmly. You should feel the brake press even further than you could have without reving. Let it go back to an idle and sLap it back in drive. Hopfully this makes sence but basically you're using the engine to help you press the brake down further to keep it from rolling.

Just don't forget to put it back in drive... ;)

Yes, that would be very bad; however, I didn't say that. Read the third sentence. ;)


You're only revving the engine to get the brakes to press further. After you have a good hold on the brakes, you place it back in drive(still holding the brakes firmly) and then rev to your desired RPM. The only thing this is doing is helping you hold the truck back.

And you don't want to rev to your desired RPM for long periods of time. In other words, if the guy next to you is still staging wait.

Its all good. My spot on the NA poll should be in third right behind techieman (will be in front of him before too long lol) also my mods list should be different i have a MAC CAI Mac exhaust, and custom tune from hensonperformance.com. My new time slip is in my signature ^_^

Actually I am in third:) I'm meeting up with tech next week at the strip and hoping for a new best. Current times: 1/8- 10.174 @ 67.85mph and 1/4- 15.953 @ 84.6mph. Let's pray that there's a 30mph tailwind and cool weather next thursday!

I'm running 10.0's in the 1/8th, and should be 9.xx thursday
