Ordered a 2022 ST

as shown "in production" since 1/13. Sticker showed build date of 01/21/2022. Today I checked the Ford website, and the window sticker is now gone. Curious on what is going on...

I believe that the 2023 is scheduled for production at the end of May.

do we know that for sure? seems like a crazy short run for 2022s.

I'm just guessing that seeing as how they are both built in Chicago, that the date applies to both although I haven't found anything to confirm that so it might not be correct.
FYI, the 2013 Sport was a short model year.

If that's the case for Explorers, in May my '21 will be a 2 year old model that is 8 calendar months old.

Yeah, that's a bummer for sure if its that long. That's further out than my original build week of feb 28th..

Mine did the same thing. Went from 2/2 to 5/2 and I can't see my window sticker anymore. I really hope it wasn't pushed out 3 months.

Welcome to the Forum.
Hopefully, that is just a 'glitch' in the system. Or it may explain why so many Aviators are being moved up a month earlier. The 2023 Aviator goes into production May 30th.

The same thing has happened to me! My tracker is showing built 1/19, estimated delivery was 1/31, and now today estimated delivery changed to 5/1 and window sticker is gone

I hear ya. I’m really hoping this was a weird system issue. There’s a dealer not too far from my house with the exact same specs that I’m thinking about. Of course, it’s more expensive than my order. May is a long time to wait from 11/30 to get a 22.
