Problems With the Mountaineer

Ok, I have a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer and I recently hit a deer. I need to replace the lower valance, the head light, corner light, fog light, bumper bracket, and grille. What I need some help or advice with is, I need to do this as cheep as possible but it must al be fixed because I have an insurance check for 450 dollars due to my 500 dollar deductable, and the bank that I have my loan through will not cash the check untill I have proof that it is all fixed. 1st of all I can NOT find a Mountaineer grille at a reasonable price, so my question is will an Explorer grille of the same year fit? If so I can just put it on and use a billet grille insert. 2nd Is there any site anyone can recomend that would help me out? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

I have 3 usable headlights for mounty- 35 shipped cause of your situation,
A grille could be had for around 150 I think. ped5stang has some fogs for Mounty on his recycle lot (I saw them) don't know price there. I think he had a mounty bumper also?
A xlt bumper and square fogs might be cheaper.

Mountaineer and explorer use different headlight panels- would be a headache to switch grille-headlights
I have gone to a explorer xlt bumper, the middle lights are my 150 watt deer spotters

correction 98 was the first year of the different Mercury grill, the 96-97 model years use the same header panel, bumper, grill, etc as the Explorer

Thanks for the help everyone. If I would have gotten on here a little quicker I would have bought a headlight from you jtsmith but I already purchased one. I got all the parts.. Valance, Grille, Head Light, Corner Light, fog Light, and Liscense plate holder all new for about $290.00 and just got done putting it all on. There is only 2 problems, the trunk latch barely has enough room to come all the way down, but it works, and now I have a Ford grille on a Mercury, So I was wondering if they made replacement emblems that had something other then the Ford symbol?? Any Ideas???
