Rain, Snow, and Mudslides...

...They said they were averaging a new sigalert every 10 minutes...Guessing the amount of wrecked vehicles today, Thursday should have a lot less traffic..:D

...I just ran out and got dinner in the brief stop of the rain...It looks like I timed it perfect cause here it comes again...

...They are saying we got 14" of snow locally...:bounce:

..Time for Boomer and Ritsui to post their pics...:D

...I'm hoping Ritsui and Khiori chime in too...

.....I'm starting to wonder if they still take their sport out to play?..:dunno:
"Play" might not be the word for yesterday. 12+" snow in some areas in just a few hours. No plows in our area until this morning. I seriously needed chains front and back to get up our street. I really shouldn't have left the house at all, but you know... I just had to get to town on the worst day of the year thus far :).

I got to have some fun strapping a poor guy in a Taco out of a drift. He slid off the road (driving too fast for sure) and when I came on him he was trying to get himself more stuck... (no shovels, no traction gear at all). Locked and chained front and rear... it was incredibly easy to pull the Tacoma back onto the road.

Sorry, I was was alone and watching the road to avoid getting run down, so I wan't taking any pictures. Won't be so dramatic today, since it started raining late yesterday and packed the snow down a lot, but I'll snap a picture of our street in a few.

Hope everyone in the higher elevations (Boomer) is doing OK. I'm pretty sure some places had 18" or more.
