theres places to eat not far from RC, but definatly bring food for during the day.

we usually pack a cooler with food for camping and stuff. seems to work well as along as you bring enough.

I'll be there around 10 to 10:30 AM so just show up around that time or shortly there after. Meet up at the parking lot (plateau looking thing -- also called the "staging area").

IZ, I read your post, and then remembered this one from earlier:

Thats the other thing, everyone MUST BE AT THE PARK before 10 saturday morning. We need to sign waivers for camping and the office closes around 10 so it makes things much easier if you are there in time. IM planning on being there at 9 so I can get everything ready and head out as soon as everyone is registered.

Should we aim for 9:30? I printed out the waiver and I have that filled out to save some time.

anyone have a trailer to tow my explorer there? haha, next run i swear guys! i have yet to be able to run with you guys. So anytime after mid Oct i should be up. I would wheel my ranger but bald tires dont do much good.

how mild of trails are you planning on doing on the first day?

very mild.. its break-in day .. hoping none of us breaks anything.

But yeah its going to be mild. I'm thinking what would be best is to let the non-SAS-ed vehicles lead on Saturday so they can feel comfortable with the whole thing (just stay on Green trails and maybe Blue if the non-SASed vehicles feel they are up for Blues). If you're bringing your Ranger, then maybe you can lead or at least lead some of it

i "should" have my front locker in my this weekend so i would like to tyry some fun trails but its not quite big enough yet lol..and i wish i had a trailer to tow it there..im still working on that

im really friggin dying to go, but I dont have time to get my rig ready and I have to do the family thing.

Next time ill hopefully have my v2.01 front suspension in, along with my high steer.

Sorry I haven't posted sooner, guys... I've been trying to reach an acceptable conclusion to attending this weekend and it's proving more difficult than anticipated. Long story short, I'm being kicked out of the place I live in. I have a month to save up a crapload of $$ AND find a new place in a county where the minimum for a tiny apartment is 3/4 of what my gross pay is. I have to give up my dog, because there's no way I can rent a place that'll let me keep him. On top of this, I believe the screeching I've been hearing from my truck is the power steering pump bearing...singing its death song. So somehow I've got to figure out how to buy and fix the pump by this weekend. THAT SAID, I'll still be up, but on Sunday only. I simply can't afford to miss my Saturday overtime with this frikkin cloud over my head, so sorry if I miss ya, Draper I'll be up in the morning, since I don't have anyone to watch the mutt now and can't do the overnight thing until I find a new home for him.


....if i break anything, i'm climbing under the nearest rock and never coming out.
