So, my Boss called, they got stuck in the snow quite a ways out on the lake ,
so i loaded up some stuff and off i went, with a few helpers,,

when we got there, there was an F150 and a 3rd gen ex buried deep in the snow, and it was quite a ways off the main ice road,

so, on to the pics,,
when i got there it looked like this,,

So i got to work, i pulled both of them out with my winch to solid ice than we drove away like nothing happened,
both vehicles had sat there all night , but started right up, and were used to assist in getting themselves out,

ahhahah nice, reminds me of around here

Nice photos. It doesn't look like a good spot for stock trucks to be. Also were is said lake?

Said lake is in Ontario , Canada,,
to get to them in the first place i had to drive 30 miles out on an ice road,, that was fun,,

Nice recovery job!

XD9000 saves the day!

Well done, Pete. Methinks the "Dub" sticker on the F150 tells me they had as much truck to be on an ice road as I do a waistline to be at a salad bar. :D

Corky- how do those mud tires work in the snow like that? I've always been told that mud tires are good for mud, and they suck at everything else. But I barely have experience with the BFG ATs I have now in the snow.

the deeper it is , the better them tires seem to work, they just keep digging till they hit something solid , than off you go,

What I wanna know is did BJ ever get beat like a stepchild?

Great video's and picture's mate. Pete to the rescue! That was a 4th gen stuck there, a 3rd gen would of made it through piece of piss,
cough bulls*** cough cough.:D

How much snow was that? I know I drove my stock 3rd gen through at least 2 feet last year and it went through like nothing.

it was enough that the tires didn't touch the ground they just spun rooster tails of snow,,
