Replacing the Rear Actuator

Hello everyone. This is my first post and I need some assistance replacing the rear actuator on my 2005 Ford Explorer.

I have the infamous clicking noise coming from the back along with no heat blowing. The cold air works well enough but absoulutly no heat makes it to the back.

I've seen the step by step and it seems simple enough to replace. But, I want to order the part online to save some money. I see there are several diffrent kinds with diffrent part numbers. Can anyone direct me to which part number or a link to the correct one to order.

I recommend giving your VIN to where ever you decide to purchase the actuator from to insure you get the correct part.
