Technoboy, what rocker trim do you have on your 98? Is that stock? Looks like a smaller profile, maybe because it's black - sort of disappears in the shadow a bit. I've seen several lifted rigs in this thread that appear to have some sort of low profile trim that covers the trim mounting holes in the rocker panelsm but does not appear to be a stock trim. I'd like to do something similar.
Shackles in the rear, a tiny bit of TT (about 1") and a whole lot of sawzall to fit 33x10.5s
The bumpers and rockers just got Herculined yesterday and today (none on the hootus ) Its all Herculiner, no paint. Also, I folded over the pinch weld on the bottom of the rockers.
here's the explorer now.. different since my post on page 20 (torsion twist about 2" and 32" all-terrains). now there is added 2" rear shackles and 33x11.50x16 nitto mud grapplers.
