Something w/ rabbits. 72.5 pages of BS

BTW, sadly, Digg is dead :( - version 4 keeeled it. Whoever put together that interface was blind and forgot to do the QA phase.

Agreed 100% it was a news site for me, not a social networking site like it is setup now. RIP digg

It did just start today, right? I'm not happy either. Still watch diggnation, many other Rev3 show, but digg.com is pretty much NOT on my list for news at all. Facebook and Twitter are enough, Digg.social? Not for me.

Yeah, TWiT was the first podcast I listened to (before video podcasts were the norm). Still love Leo L, and Dvorak. Have not listened to or watched for a while tho. Saw Leo on Diggnation a few months ago tho.

Yeah it was a few days ago when v4 came out - i was like wtf is this, where'd all the goodies go!?

More stuff to connect the body to the cage:

I couldnt find a cheap (cheap enough) heat exchanger of the right size for the hydraulic cooler so I bought a cheap "all-aluminum" radiator for a Civic (from Ebay for $45 shipped) and butchered it.

Extracted the radiator "core" and cut it down to 20 rows.

The final radiator - double-pass design (10 rows per pass) with 3/8" NPT ports:

Thanks! I have a 2", 1.5", 1.0" and I ghetto made one for a 3/8" - I haven't had the chance to use the 2" yet though.

Looks good to me. Are you going to have a rollover valve in the hose to the fuel cell?

You mean put a rollover valve between the fuel cell and the filler neck? I wasn't planning on it but if you say its needed, then I'll give it a whirl! And out of curiousity, why would it be needed? I'm assumed that the gas cap would prevent any fuel spills during a rollover.

I think that it would be fine. You will need a separate breather line if you use that style filler though.

Yeah, for the filler breather, I was thinking of just drilling and tapping that neck, put like a 1/8" NPT barb fitting on it and then run a 1/8" hose back to the top of the tank.

No the cap probably wont be vented - the tank will be venting to the intake via a poor man's EVAP system (minimize hydrocarbon emission).

Anyone see a reason why a marine fuel filler wont work in an automotive application? I plan to mount it at about a 45 degree angle.

Thats an interesting idea! Would be easy to run to anywhere.

Weekend Update, IZzy? It was a beautiful three-day weekend to get some fabbin' done.

Three day weekend for YOU!

Made a fuel tank - well its not finished yet, the top is only tacked on for now cauz the 3/16" plate (for the sender and stuff) I ordered hasn't arrived yet. The aluminum is 0.10x inches thick of the 50xx alloy series.

Now that's got me thinking...better make sure that center console doesn't have an ash tray.
