so i was at pepboys the auto part store yesterday when i found these spings that slid over you curent shocks they slid over ur shocks and they are suppost to stiffin that side of the truck the guy there said he used 2 sping compressor and doubled them u which in return gave him a crazy lift i looked at his truck and it seemed like the shocker were only 2 inches from being maxed out he put the springs ontop of one another so at first glance they were long as heck but with the compresing tool he mad them short enought to put on his truck know personally i thing it lookes great the kits like 48.99 plus tax and it comes with 2 springs in it. but wont that hurt the truck and if it dont hurt it it will have one ruff ride what do u all thing is this a possibly good idea for an easy and cheap lift or is this a dumb idea

I'm confuzzed -- which is like a state of confusion, with some fuzzy stuff mixed in for good measure.

i seen them at pepboys u unbolt the top bolt on you shocks front or rear what ever u want to do and then slid the bracket down to the bottom bolt and then slid these springs over the shock then u us a sping compressing tool and compress the spring and then re attach the top bolt on ur shocks so u have ur shocks plus a small spring over ur shocks make sence?

The idea sounds more and more like a poseur lift -- all compression and no droop (which is the opposite of what you want). Just do the Torsion Twist because any higher and the CV shafts go bleh.

i see ur photo and i too have the same vehicle did u do a straight axle on urs?

so do u reconmend a body lift and if so waht size maybe a 4 inch and wher can i order it from and about how much my father said back in his day and u know how that goes but he said they would drill a hole in a hockey puck is that a good idea sounds kinda weird to me what do u think

Search a bit .. search for the PA-883 kit. You can even try searching Google or SummitRacing (I think they sell them there).

If any of that lame stuff worked then you probably would see some legit manufacturers making stuff like it. It's the equivilant of writing sentences with proper grammer or going online and writing 7 thoughts with mispelling and not one break for punctuation.
