Strange Mooing sound???

Hello I have a 1996 Explorer sport 4.0 4X4 and I get a strange mooing sound mooing sound when at idle doesn't happen all the time just ever once and awhile
anyone else have this problem or have an idea what it could be?

Hmmm...maybe you have a cow trapped under your truck??:






Need a little more info...could be a resonance from air going through your filter/intake.

If it sounds more like a foghorn I would place my money on the IAC valve.

You can say a clogged IAC sounds like a cow mooing... I'd start by cleaning that. 15min job.

valve is cleaned and now back on. We'll see how it sounds after work
