Term For Plastic Part Above Front Bumper HELP!!

I have a 98 Eddie Bauer Explorer with a scratch in the plastic piece above the front bumper. I Want to find this part used on ebay but don't know what its called. Its the plastic that "wraps" around the metal bumper.THANKS!!
