Damn Tbars, that looks like one helluva hit to the rear of your X. I'm glad to hear that you are feeling only a little worse for wear. I'll be thanking that great "Spotter-in-the-sky" tonight. I completely agree with RangerX, make sure you and your Dr. are both 110% sure that there is no hidden damage to your head, neck or back before letting this guy or his insurance Co. settle on any damages or release them from liability. My wife is permanantely disabled due to a traffic accident. She was sitting in a parking-lot driveway, getting ready to merge into traffic when she was T-boned by a Toyota Tundra, or something like that, that crossed 3 lanes of traffic to hit her square on the driver's door in her old Ford Tempo. He was doing between 35-40mph when he hit her and totalled her car. Wiped out the door, front fender, bent the frame and even broke the driver's seat, sheared the bolts holding it to the floor and broke the seat-back frame. Anyway, it took several days and many X-rays and a couple MRI's for all the problems to be discovered. She ended up with a closed head injury causing migraine-like headaches, a broken collar-bone (fractured in 3 places) and dislocated shoulder. I'm just glad to hear that you came out of it all in one piece. Cars and trucks can be replaced but good health cannot and living with chronic pain has to be the worst thing in the world to deal with. Get well soon my friend, my wife and I will be saying prayers for you.
