I would like to, and I'm considering it, but the Mrs. has her reservations about me going there. We saw a brand-new Grand Cherokee being towed from there with a caved-in roof! The truck was brand-new! I'm a little superstitious about this place. So many guys from this site have trashed their rigs there, and you saw how I almost trashed my truck on the last run we did! The dirt came right up to my passenger-side mirror! Hah! That was crazy!

is there anyone that is going to be staying for the holiday on monday? It seems like most of the people are arriving on thursday and going home on sunday. Because of school I wont be arriving at t-haven till late friday night and I want to see if anyone is staying for some monday wheeling.

Rick...I looked at the potluck sign ups and it looks like almost everything is signed up for. I'm no chef, especially in the desert, so anything I could bring would be store bought. lemme know if there is anything I can bring.

Bill, you are so right! I saw a smashed Mazda sedan on the wrecker on my way home from work. The rear was all jacked up, and the hood wouldn't close. I better watch my speed on those tricky speed bumps! LOL

Ha ha! I am excited. Got the new spring pack on today. Can't wait to test it out. Looks like I am modifying my bumpstops, getting some new shocks and limit straps, along with a few other things. Everything is coming together for me for this run...

I don't even want to know. I never pay retail because I have connections. I think I have about $11,000 (retail) sunk in to it. Maybe $6000 or so actual.

Yes sir I will be going! I am totally stoked that I will still get to go, it just blows that I can't take my ride. There's a possibility that I can get it 2wdrivable so it can at least watch, but whatevah. See ya out there!
