There is an alternative to EEC-V to control your 4R70W...

The 94-95 Mustang PCM does control the engine and the transmission as well.. Just like the EEC-V PCM...And the distributor doesn't have to be used with the EEC-IV system either...

You can use the crank/cam sensors and coil pack on the EEC-IV system with the a bit of re-wiring...

Can't comment on torque but have got the motor mount brackets made and am just finishing the very modified wiring harness. Those are the two highest hills to climb in this conversion. When you feel the need for this info send me a PM.

i have a 96 xlt explorer i need a fuel pump is there any compatible fuel pumps i could use for the job,??

Strange thread to ask about a fuel pump but just about any in-tank pressure pump will work. There may be slight differences in attachment but there are many, many choices. Here are the first 447 to choose from:

If you are looking for an used pump any of the previous 20 years of Ford pumps will work.
