Hey gang,
It's me again. First of all. Thanks to you all. You've single handedly helped me keep this 93 x on the road for the last two years.
So anyways here we go.
My 1993 explorer xlt 4 door 5 speed manual has been having issues while driving. At speed on the highway and surface streets it will more often than not seem to bog down and lose power. Rpms will gradually drop and I can sometimes mash the accelerator and muscle through it and force the car to push through the issue. Sometimes I have to turn it off and then back on again and this will have it running normal for the whole drive or just a few minutes and it will happen again. I unplugged the TPS and that seemed to fix it for a while. Then it started again. Replaced the TPS and that fixed it for a while. Replaced the MAF and that didn't so much fix it as make it run weird in a different way. Bogging slightly. Then reving through it. Trying to die at idle. Could it be the FPR? I also have a new fuel pump and fuel filter installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I tested mine and it was definitely letting pressure drop from the rail a second after start up. Within a few moments it would be at zero again. I unplugged the vacuum line from the regulator and it ran better for a few days. Installed the new regulator and now it's idling for a minute or two and then stalling out. But the pressure readings seem fine?
