i have heard they wear bad on the road and go out of balance....i heard people like the pro comp mudders better on and off...just what i heard....i too am keeping an eye on how they do...

my buddy has ProComp M/T's on his Z71, they do very well off road, they dont wear down too fast on, road noise isnt the worst in the world, but ive heard that BFG actually makes a better M/T

i love mine:thumbsup:

I consider the MT a better "all terrain" tire than the AT. It works great on the road, and better than the AT offroad.

do ya'll think I could get 50-60k out of them... cuz I drive 30miles a day... to work and back... I love the way the tires look... very aggressive.. And they will be spending quality time with mud on the weekends. Thanks

i think 50K would be stretching it...maybe 40k if you drive them nice and keep them balanced and the truck aligned...maybe some others can help out...i know my friend got hardly any out of his, all road driving...those were on a one ton diesel though...bfg at will last you 50K or more though...if you do that much street driving, you would probally be better off with them

As long as you take care of them, they can last close to that. Make sure the air pressure is correct and rotate often, and the truck is aligned.

My dad got 70k out of his bfg a/t on a 91 rover daily driver and off-roader.

My opinion would be that 70k is stretching it. In all honesty, I would say 30-35k would be more likely.

I worked an intership for a natural gas company a couple summers ago. One of the trucks I drove had the BFG M/Ts and they were great performers. The other trucks constantly ran rocks through the sidewalls. BFG just makes good all around durable tires. At $450, I couldn't pass that offer up. You're looking at about $150 each minimum for those puppies.
