Wheel in the air - that's the moment when he just got into the hole. I drove by the hole but with my 33's didn't really notice anything out of place untill I saw what happened to the XJ. Next he kept on going forward and made things worst... XJ has intake on the driver's side. He hydrolocked. We spent about half hour drying the XJ... and getting muddy water out of the intake by STRAW!. At the end the guy took his heep to the dealer and got away with it. He told them that he got stuck under the viaduct during a storm. Go figure!

It's roughly the same area. The park has changed a LOT since that pix was taken. What you can't see in that pix is that the truck died as he was coming up out of the hole. The water was over his hood. When we finally fished him out, the waterline was halfway up the passenger's side rear window.

here is another pic of mike to show how deep he was....ths mud was dry enough to walk on without getting any on you, but as soon as you drove on it you instantly sunk in took a zr2 and a f150 to yank him out

where is the pic/video of the nasty red explorer who almost made it through water up past the cowl and almost climbed up out of the river a while ago? the bridge was out or something.

Judgment impared or not that attempt was nutty, sidways on the hills through the river and then he alost friggin made it! I couldnt believe my eyes the first time I watched that vid, never understimate an explorer.

OH my god that was the funniest video i have ever seen. ROFL. I can't even believe that guy did that! I thought he would have hydrolocked too. That interior must have smelt way bad after about 2 weeks. LOL
