Fast zombies scare me. Watch 28 days later and 28 weeks later.

I base everything off of the "remake" of Day of the Dead. IE: running zombies with minimal intelligence left.

I am all for keeping a bike as a second means of transportation, for one thing it doesn’t need gas (we will eventually run out), I’m still against fire of any kind (camping, flam thrower and so on) it will only make it more hazardous . I fully recommend reading The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks, it outlines most scenarios and best efforts to keep the walking dead out of your skull.

I’m probably going to put Tread Wright Tires on my ZAPV just to see how good they really are. I’m trying to get everything wrapped up for next years All Trucks Nationals and see if I can make a run up there for the show.

Well I am playing the Left 4 Dead demo, and I must say it is AWESOME!!!!

Those of you with a good comp get it and we will team up!

I was playing the demo on xbox, the zombies in this game are crazy fast! You really have to rely on your team in this one!

I just finished the SP demo...wow! I'll definitely be buying this one

have you thought about a razor skid plate? i mean if you're gonna run em over, you might as well cut em up. but it would have to be something that they couldn't get stuck on to slow you down just blades running up and down on it..

I hadn't thought of that but it might work, also I was thinking about having something on the wheel that could sever the zombies foot from its ankle thus slowing down any chance of it chasing you.

I ha I was thinking about having something on the wheel that could sever the zombies foot from its ankle thus slowing down any chance of it chasing you.

Maybe around the wheel? you could always do something like a 3/8 steel angle iron, welded around from your bumper to your nerf bars angled enough for the wheels to go full turn, and then sharpen the hell out of them? something like that?

EDIT:

Like that?

this has to be the longest thread that Sam hasn't responded to
Come on Sam you know you love it :D
Yours could be the street ZAPV or S ZAPV

you know sam is not going to get into this :D

Cool what plans do you have for your ZAPV?

400 babies!!!
Execive Energy!!!
Its Crysle Meth!!!

AAHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Update on my zapv, the license plates are ordered and paid for, and I'm heading to south dakota for custom bumpers and a roof rack if all goes well

nice, I plan on getting my plates in March. I also am going to learn to weld so I can make some bumpers, Rack, and "clip on" Turret.

I'm thinking of making a turret that can be attached to the rack with clevis pins for car shows but be taken off and fit in the back when not in use.

first where are you guys getting your plates, because i know blee can make them plastic or aluminum, saying pretty much whatever you guys want. look him up

And secondly, i like the turret idea, but unless you have either a brace running allong the inside of hte roof, or a hole in the roof, it wouldn't be "functional" for anyone to use facing out the front

and any update on those tires from treadwritght?
