Does anyone know what kind of flares these are? Looks like they make room for larger tires.
Bushwackers. They don't make your wheel well any larger either. They mount right to the stock metal.

I had them on the rear of my old X. 4" lift w/35's

Thanks, I have a 2nd Gen X. I wonder if they will fit. Seem like the wheel wells on a 1st gen are a little larger. Just looking for a little extra clearance for 33's

well what it is..
2"body lift
tt to probably3 inches
3" spindels
2 add a leafs per leaf in rear which i am not happy with cause it does not allow for any FLEX at all.
and those are 33" BFG Mud tires

david, that looks great and i know exactly how crappy those procomp AAl's are. i think im gonna probably just get a new spring pack because im 200 lbs and if i sit on the rear bumper the rear end doesnt budge..but anyway truck looks real good!

ah, i didn't realize it was 2wd

yeah i wish it was 4WD but I am happy with the 2WD.

get it locked up, and you won't be far off.

or...... SAS :D

I can only see one other absolutely vital mod. :D To paint that red stripe black. Thats the best mod i did. Not to mention it would look soo sick with the whole blackout look.

once i move into my house which just updated our closing date of august 12th.
i plan on doing a gear swap and adding a locker.
since I will have a big garage to play in now.
I did it once before back in 1990 and that was on a 1988 mustang Gt never did it before and swapped the gears and never had a problem with them.
so I am going to try it again myself.

after a little search I did find half of the area that we used to wheel back in the late 80's
half of it is all built up and I am a little hesitant to do much with it just being me. I would need another truck there Just in case.
