im pretty sure its along the same lines as a throttle body spacer. your just making the intake manifold have more volume, thus in theory giving you more torque...not sure how much you will actually gain. wouldnt be hard to draw one up on CAM and CNC mill machine one out.

i may buy one then. a little theoretical torque couldnt hurt

engine is a few wires and parts away from coming out! im to tired to keep going tonight.

That one will not work so dont buy it. That is for a 5.0 explorer.

Dont think anybody make one for the 4.0.

But what everybody does is take a stock fuel rail and trim it into a spacer and use that. Do a search on here and you will find the info.

and speaking of improving flow, did this mod

im thinking of fileing the under side and the tops of the screws to make them more flat, but this is fine for now.
i finally found the idle screw, i wish i had found it before i tore apart the engine so i couldve seen how low it wouldve gotten stock

i didnt take a pic, but my pcv has 1 end on it, looks like a L. but all the new ones i find all have 2, like a F. something wrong here or do i just cap off one of them?

...I have seen some that one part of the F had an internal plug, if you will, that needed to be drilled out if you intend to use both...

took off the right tire to get to my exhaust tonight, hub came off with the wheel and everything around the spindle(?) was tore up.
guess ill be needing new hubs, manual this time.
